Every Tuesday I teach a free class on Zoom about the gut, food and detox changes we made at home, and the order we made them in.
Save my free spotThis class is for moms who are ready to actually make changes at home, not just learn about it. If that's you, block off 90 minutes and come ready to take notes.

This is the same thing I wish someone had sat down and explained to me when my boys were two.
Why we started with their gut, and the signs I now look for first: picky eating, sleep, bloating, behavior.
What I stopped buying, what I swapped it for, and how I got two kids who ate about three foods to try new ones.
What we did, when we did it, and why the order matters more than any one supplement.
I was a school psychologist for 8 years. Then my twin boys were both diagnosed level 3 autistic at 2. They had no words, and they ate maybe three foods.
Therapy helped. But things really started moving once we worked on their gut, their food and detox. Today they talk in full sentences.
The class is me walking you through what we did, so you don't have to piece it together from a hundred Google searches like I did.
Their words, not mine. Every child is different, and I'll never promise you a result.
"My son spoke for the first time today!! I asked him what he wanted and he said 'my bottle.' Completely out of the blue."
Melissa W."Mark said 'Buzz Lightyear' and was so proud he shouted 'Yay Mark.'"
Jackie V."HOW. DID. HE. JUST. EAT. BROCCOLI. We went gluten and dairy free and 2 months in he just tried it!"
Savannah B."He's using two to three word phrases. 'I go outside,' 'I want mama.' It changed my life."
Amanda"Isaiah is completely different. He's trying to speak. He's way more present. He makes eye contact."
Kasey"My son said 'hi' and used his speech device to tell me to hurry up when I wasn't making his food fast enough!"
Kelly A.Yes. I do work with clients inside my program, and I'll share more about it at the end. The class is free, and you can use everything I teach either way.
I teach it live every Tuesday so I can answer your questions. Please plan to be there live. That's where the real value is.
About 90 minutes, including live Q&A at the end. Try to stay for the questions. You'll hear answers to things you didn't know to ask.
Yes. Bring your child's age and where they are right now to the Q&A, and I'll tell you what I'd focus on first.
5 PM PT / 8 PM ET on Zoom. Block off 90 minutes, bring a notebook and your biggest question.
